Thousands of children, patients, and elderly in northern Gaza are suffering from dire conditions as a result of the Israeli aggression, the harsh cold wave, and the lack of heating resources.  

Cries for help have echoed from families facing severe shortages of basic necessities, with growing concerns about the impact of dropping temperatures on their health.  

The crisis has worsened due to the ongoing Israeli aggression and blockade on civilians, making access to fuel and heating nearly impossible.  

The *Insan* Organization for Rights and Freedoms appeals to all humanitarian and international organizations to mitigate this danger, provide urgent aid, and meet basic needs before it’s too late.
